there are tonnes of cars faster, most of these high powered supras arent even supras anymore because of the modifications that owners made to them, these same mods can be put on other cars aswell
most supras out of the factory sat somwhere in the range of 300HP which is nothing compared to modern high powered cars

Answer by Supraman
Lol kid you obviously love supras as much as the next person but its not the fastest car in the world. its not even close to being the fastest car out there. however, with that being said i do hold the car very close and dear and it can be a beast on the quarter mile.

Pretty much every super car ever made in the past 15 years is faster(Porsche’s, Ferrari’s, Corvettes, Lamborghini’s, etc)
The 0-60mph time of a stock 1993+ Toyota Supra Twin Turbo was 5.1 seconds. Some people claimed to do it in 4.9 seconds.
These days, a Porsche Boxster S/Cayman S, a Mustang GT, a Camaro SS, a Pontiac GTO, all Mercedes AMG models, all BMW M models, all Audi RS models and even some S models are faster than the old Supra’s.

You have to be careful here as anti Supra folks are clever enough not to add all the info ,the truth is IE J spec Supra’s ,due to regs in place in Japan up until Jan 05 meant vehicles had to be kept below 276 bhp, although makers would get around this but de-tuning there cars, and even from the showroom owners would run around 330bhp on the dyno, but being de-tuned meant that simple mods would release the cars true stock internal running power with the Supra seeing around 600bhp on its stock internals.
Now with the Supra being a good strong engine it can see figures of well over 1000bhp with internal work and further mods,so yes people are saying on here these can be added to other cars well yes and no as you need a strong starting platform and not a whole lot of cars can run to those high bhp figures.
The Supra MK4 TT is a super car killer and for little money, and there is a mass out there which can eat a Veryron alive up to certain distance limits.
As said people are always careful not to add about it being de-tuned etc as well as other cars out there yet only add the de-tuned power figures to make it look weaker.
There are other faster cars out there like said there are many tuners cars out there like the Skyline in which the Supra was built to compete against and i guess the answer really is it depends at what limit the Supra is running at as it will lose certain vehicles at that point and match others and lose against others at certain points.
Figure out a lot better?
